Sono Ivano Turi, sviluppatore software e tech leader appassionato di tecnologia, mobile, web development, DevOps ed ethical hacking.

La mia storia

La mia avventura nel mondo tech è iniziata a metà anni ’90, quando ho fondato la mia prima società, Datastream SaS. Lì ho scoperto la forza delle tecnologie open source come Linux, Apache, PHP e PostgreSQL—quando erano ancora una scelta pionieristica.

Negli anni ho ampliato le mie esperienze:

• Oracle: docente e consulente su database, middleware e framework di sviluppo
• Bluarancio: oltre 10 anni di crescita da IT Manager & Technical Architect fino a CTO
• Harpa Italia: oggi R&D Manager e Software Development Manager, guidando team e portando innovazione nelle soluzioni software

In ogni ruolo mi sono concentrato su innovazione tecnologica, metodologie agili e sviluppo di prodotti scalabili con impatto reale.

Cosa mi motiva

Non mi appassiona solo scrivere codice pulito o progettare architetture affidabili. Quello che mi entusiasma di più è:

• Aiutare i team a crescere con una leadership servente
• Risolvere problemi complessi con soluzioni semplici ed eleganti
• Creare innovazione che porti vero valore al business

Questo blog nasce proprio con l’idea di condividere la mia esperienza—successi, errori, intuizioni e riflessioni—affinché chi condivide la mia stessa passione per la tecnologia (meglio se old school) possa trovarvi spunti e ispirazione.
